<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Studio Manager, you will lead daily operations while driving membership sales and creating a high-performance, positive studio culture:<br><br>

<li>Drive membership sales by educating prospects and recommending personalized wellness programs</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium client experience at every touchpoint</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards</li>
<li>Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of all studio staff</li>
<li>Maintain strong attention to detail while handling multiple systems and responsibilities simultaneously</li>
<li>Monitor studio performance, track KPIs, and ensure financial accountability</li>
<li>Execute company initiatives, programs, and operational strategies</li>
<li>Build community relationships through outreach and local engagement efforts</li>
