</div><div>Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring energetic, outgoing, and wellness-minded individuals to join our North Beach and South Beach studios as Stretch & Wellness Consultants.<br><br>
</div><div>This role blends hands-on assisted stretching, client care, wellness education, and membership support in a fast-paced boutique wellness environment.<br><br>
</div><div>We provide paid training and certification — no prior stretching experience required.<br><br>

</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Deliver practitioner-assisted stretch sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®</li>
<li>Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, recovery, and wellness benefits</li>
<li>Conduct first-time stretch experiences and guide members into appropriate programs</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and care</li>
<li>Support member retention and engagement through communication and service</li>
<li>Participate in studio events and local wellness activations</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive studio environment</li>
</ul><div>Compensation<br><br>
</div><div>Most team members exceed base hourly value through commission within their first 60–90 days.</div><ul>
<li>$18–$21/hr base pay depending on role activity (admin, outreach, and stretch sessions)</li>
<li>Uncapped commissions on new membership sales (10% on first-month packages)</li>
<li>Additional commissions on prepaid sessions and wellness events</li>
</ul><div>Expected Part-Time Earnings (based on 20 hrs/week though more hours are available)<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Entry / training phase: $1,800–$2,200/month</li>
<li>Consistent performer: $2,200–$2,800/month</li>
<li>Top performers: $3,000–$3,600+/month (membership + event sales)</li>
</ul><div>Schedule<br><br>
</div><div>Part-time weekday and weekend shifts available (20-35 hrs per week)<br><br>

<li>Paid in-person onboarding at corporate training in Fort Lauderdale</li>
