<li>Top performers: $3,000–$3,600+/month (membership + event sales)</li>
</ul><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations</li>
<li>Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals</li>
<li>Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®</li>
<li>Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals</li>
<li>Participate in community events and wellness activations</li>
<li>Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals</li>
<li>Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment</li>
</ul><div>Ideal Backgrounds<br><br>
</div><div>We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Membership sales or fitness sales</li>
<li>Boutique fitness studios (Orangetheory, F45, Barry’s, etc.)</li>
<li>Hospitality or luxury customer service</li>
<li>Personal training, yoga, Pilates, or wellness coaching</li>
<li>Med spa, chiropractic, or recovery environments</li>
<li>Commission-based sales roles</li>
</ul><div>What We’re Looking For<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients</li>
<li>Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services</li>
<li>Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income</li>
<li>Interest in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility</li>
<li>Coachable and open to structured training</li>
<li>Reliable private vehicle (cars, trucks, SUVs)</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li>
</ul><div>No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.<br><br>
</div><div>Compensation<br><br>
</div><div>Most team members exceed base hourly value through commission within their first 60–90 days.</div><ul>
<li>$18–$21/hr base pay depending on role activity (admin, outreach, and stretch sessions)</li>
<li>Uncapped commissions (10% on new membership packages)</li>
<li>Additional earnings from prepaid sessions and paid wellness events</li>

<li>Paid sales training</li>
<li>Paid Stretch Zone certification program</li>
<li>Paid in-person onboarding at corporate training in Fort Lauderdale</li>
