You will also contribute to community education and awareness alongside our women’s health physiotherapist.

- Identify red flags and adapt training based on recovery limitations
- Contribute to a holistic postpartum recovery framework (movement + awareness)
3. Community Education (Inner Circle – Move Better Live Stronger)- Create simple, relatable, and educational content around strength training
- Break down:
- “When is it safe to start strength training postpartum?”
- “What should you avoid?”
- “How to rebuild strength without fear?”
- Engage with members through discussions, Q&A, and guidance
- Help shift mindset from “just losing weight” → “building strength for life”
Who We’re Looking For- Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (NASM / ACE / K11 / equivalent)

- Proven experience or strong specialization in postpartum / women’s fitness
Strong technical understanding of:

- Movement regressions & graded progression models
- Joint stability, mobility, and low-impact strength building
- Identifying contraindications / when to refer out
What Makes You a Great Fit- You are deeply empathetic and understand the emotional side of postpartum recovery
- You can simplify complex concepts into relatable, everyday language
- You’re a people’s person — you enjoy engaging, educating, and supporting communities
- You believe in long-term strength over quick fixes
- You create an environment where women feel safe, seen, and supported
Bonus (Good to Have)- Experience working alongside physiotherapists
- Experience in online group coaching programs
- Content creation experience (Instagram / WhatsApp / short-form video)
