Role Overview
We are hiring HR Interns to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. This is a hands-on role. If you are expecting a light internship with minimal responsibility, this is not it.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance activities
Assist in organizing internal engagement activities
Handle basic HR communications and follow-ups
