We're now looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can support our growing team with

empathy, structure, and a proactive mindset. If you love people, processes, and making sure

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Responsibilities

∙Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, coordination, onboarding

∙Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates

∙Support with induction, team welcome, and cultural alignment

∙Coordinate employee engagement initiatives

∙Manage documentation: offer letters, NDAs, HR files, exit forms

∙Assist in performance review coordination and appraisal tracking

Admin Responsibilities

∙Manage office operations (stationery, supplies, vendor coordination)

∙Support meeting scheduling, team logistics, travel bookings

∙Maintain general office hygiene, discipline, and productivity

∙Ensure smooth coordination between departments

∙Handle basic finance coordination (invoice tracking, salary slips, etc.)

Requirements

∙Strong ownership, people-first attitude, and process thinking

∙Basic knowledge of HR functions and tools

∙Excellent written & spoken English

∙Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR software

∙Highly organized, proactive, and ethical in handling people data

∙Experience in healthcare or startups is a bonus
