Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead – Business Transformation to institutionalize long-term transformation capability across the organization. This leadership role will evolve the Accelerate Office into a permanent, self-sustaining engine focused on driving sustained Revenue Growth and EBITDA expansion.
The role will ensure structural improvements, innovation frameworks, and customer-centric transformation initiatives are embedded across Energy Solutions, Mobility, Retail, and Industrial/Manufacturing pillars — enabling long-term impact beyond external consulting support.
Role Scope
- Drive ₹30–40 Cr+ recurring annual EBITDA impact through cost discipline, revenue ideation, and structural improvements.
- Institutionalize governance frameworks, value tracking dashboards, and SteerCo cadences for sustained P&L realization.
- Align transformation initiatives to the 3-phase growth roadmap (Accelerate Core → Build Muscle → Expand Horizons).
- Build and embed internal transformation capability with strong knowledge transfer and self-reliant governance.
- Champion enterprise-wide innovation and continuous improvement culture across business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience with 5–7 years in Tier-1 consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformations in industrial, automotive, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated track record delivering ₹50 Cr+ sustained EBITDA uplift in diversified organizations.

- Strong capability in institutionalizing transformation offices post-consulting engagements.
- Expertise in structured problem-solving, value creation, and governance design.
- Advanced change management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
