What You'll Actually Do
- Be the nerve center of how TribesforGOOD runs — owning planning, execution, and reporting across programs
- Manage TFG educational programs - middle school program, high school program and professionals.
- Work directly with program, education, and client servicing to make sure impact on the ground doesn't get lost to logistics
- Manage partners - schools, non profits, and on-ground coordination for programs and events
- Bring structure to ambiguity you'll often be figuring out "the way we do this" for the first time.
- Build on to the growth strategy
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy/consulting roles, with a track record of owning execution end-to-end
- Master's degree: A genuinely strong academic record — we care about rigor. Strong CGPA/percentile, competitive exam background, or something equally demanding
- A person who wants to work in education and impact. Genuinely curious about the social impact and education space, this isn't a stepping-stone job for you, it's a mission
- Well versed with Claude, Gemini and picks up new AI tools fast
