About the Role
We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Intern to work directly on high‑impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and marketing. This is not a shadowing program; you will own real problems, analyze data, develop solutions, and help drive measurable improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
a) Support New Market Launches
- Help evaluate and support launches in new geographies or segments using early performance data.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend process adjustments, and support execution during launch.
b) Operational Inefficiencies
- Work with functional leaders to spot where processes break down or create bottlenecks.
- Map what is happening on the ground, propose improvements, and support implementation and tracking.
c) Client Management
- Assist in managing current clients, ensuring smooth communication and a high‑quality experience.
- Guide potential leads through their academic journey, from first touch to enrolment.
d) Administrative Support
- Handle essential administrative tasks to keep internal operations organized and efficient.
- Maintain updated records, trackers, and documentation that enable better decision‑making.
e) Project Management
- Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Track progress, flag risks, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned and accountable.
f) Social Media Support
- Support content planning and creation for LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with our brand and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to amplify key initiatives and measure basic performance metrics.
g) Funnel Diagnostics
- Analyze the sales funnel from lead to close to identify where prospects are dropping off.
- Partner with leadership to uncover root causes, design experiments, and test changes that improve conversion.
h) Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the founder and core team on cross‑functional projects.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and, where needed, with partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (business and/or economics preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and working with data in Excel/Sheets.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs).
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, entrepreneurship, consulting, or startups (through coursework, internships, clubs, or projects).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and hit deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership setting.
