We are hiring person with 1-2 years of demanding professional experience or an outstanding academic record demonstrating strong analytical capabilities. ● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in roles that require strong quantitative and presentation skills. Experience in a Consulting firm, Investment Banking analyst program, or a high-growth startup environment (Strategy/BizOps function) is highly preferred. ● Education: A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a strong academic track record, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a technical field. ● Core Skills: ○ Strategic Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp complex business models, industry dynamics, and strategic trade-offs. ○ Presentation Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, with a demonstrated ability to transform raw data and complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives. ○ Analytical Prowess: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling, analysis, and data synthesis. ○ Impeccable Communication: Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting professional, executive-level correspondence. ● Attributes: Highly resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by a relentless focus on impact. Must be able to operate with complete discretion and professionalism in a flexible, fast-paced setting.
