About the Role
This is a rare, high-visibility role working directly with Joblet.ai's founding and executive team. As a Strategy & Operations Associate in the Founder's Office, you will work across the most critical and ambiguous challenges facing the company—from market expansion and competitive analysis to internal operating rhythms and special projects. This role is designed for someone who is exceptional at thinking, doing, and communicating in equal measure.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Support: Support the CEO and leadership team on critical strategic initiatives, deep-dive market research, and overarching business planning.
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to complex, cross-functional projects from initial scoping through to execution and final measurement.
- Data & Frameworks: Build robust frameworks, financial models, and compelling presentations that directly inform board-level and executive decisions.
- Operating Rhythm: Own and optimize the internal operating cadence for leadership meetings, OKR tracking, and company-wide communications.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous competitive intelligence and market analysis to continuously inform our product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively drive process improvements across multiple teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of high-performance experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical Chops: Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced modeling in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp, actionable memo and present it convincingly to executive stakeholders.
- Mindset: High agency, extreme ownership, and a deep level of comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Professionalism: Absolute discretion and professionalism—you will be trusted with highly sensitive company information on a daily basis.
