We are looking to hire a highly proactive, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the managing director’s office. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants broad-based exposure across strategy, product, research, and operations within the financial services space.
The role is designed for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, thinking at a high level, and also driving on-ground execution. You will work on key business priorities, support strategic initiatives, conduct market and internal research, assist with product and process decisions, and help translate ideas into action across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the MD’s Office on strategic priorities across business, product, and operations
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and internal business analysis to support decision-making
- Assist in shaping and evaluating new product ideas, process improvements, and business opportunities
- Drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
- Support business planning, strategic reviews, management presentations, and execution tracking
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare structured notes, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leadership review
