BIBA is looking for a sharp, analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely with the Managing Director and drive performance improvements across sourcing and manufacturing.
The role requires understanding the MDโs vision, translating it into measurable priorities, maintaining a close view of functional performance and ensuring that decisions lead to timely action and tangible results.

โข Understand the MDโs vision and align functional plans, KRAs and review mechanisms with business priorities.
โข Monitor sourcing performance across vendor capability, costing, material availability, quality and on-time delivery.
โข Review manufacturing performance across production planning, capacity utilisation, manpower productivity, efficiency, quality, cost and dispatch commitments.
โข Track planned versus actual performance through dashboards, structured reviews and regular engagement with functional teams.
โข Identify bottlenecks, analyse root causes, recommend solutions and drive corrective actions to closure.
โข Strengthen coordination across merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing and quality to resolve dependencies and expedite execution.
โข Review processes, identify improvement opportunities and measure their impact on cost, output, quality and delivery.
โข Provide the MD with concise business insights, clear recommendations and visibility on critical issues, pending decisions and commitments.

โข MBA from a ๐ง๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ญ ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น and/or an engineering degree from a ๐ง๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.

โข Strong analytical ability, commercial acumen and proficiency in Excel, dashboards and management reporting.
โข Ability to engage with functional leaders, challenge performance gaps constructively and drive accountability.
โข Strong ownership, attention to detail, discretion and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
โข Willingness to visit factories and vendor locations as required.
