Role Description
The MBB & MBA Consultant - CASE Study internship role at Fintract Global involves researching and crafting case studies focused on fintech innovations, business strategies, and SaaS/BaaS trends. Interns will analyze data, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide recommendations to improve decision-making. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing reports, presenting findings, and supporting cross-functional projects. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Market Research, Data Analysis, and Case Study preparation
- Strong Writing, Documentation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Fintech trends, SaaS/BaaS concepts, and emerging market dynamics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teamwork in cross-functional environments
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments and time-management skills
- MBA or enrollment in an MBA program is preferred, with a focus on finance, business strategy, or related fields
- Prior knowledge or experience with financial systems and technology transformation is a plus
