Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi for a Strategy & Growth Intern. The intern will focus on growth strategies, identifying opportunities, conducting analyses, and supporting the implementation of strategic projects. Responsibilities include managing initiatives, supporting sales activities, contributing to marketing efforts, and collaborating across teams to drive organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written interactions
- Understanding of Growth Hacking strategies and Outreach techniques.
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Passion for healthcare innovation and mission-driven work
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid and fast-paced environments
- Experience or academic background in healthcare, business, or related fields is a plus
- Work closely with the founding team on live projects
