Remote (Pune onsite, first 3–6 months)
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a traditional role. You'll work directly with IBC's founder (overlaps with a CEO's office function) but your primary weapon is AI. You'll use it to run our marketing engine, sharpen our BD process, and help the team work smarter every day.

We're looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and AI. Someone who understands the business deeply enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build the systems that make those judgments scale.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1) Manage and continuously improve IBC's account-based marketing (ABM) process — from target identification and firm scoring to outreach sequencing and pipeline tracking
2) Build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows that make our BD, marketing, and operations faster and sharper — think outreach automation, research tools, scoring agents, content pipelines
3) Help the broader IBC team integrate AI into their day-to-day work — identifying where tools can save time and driving adoption across the team
Work directly with the founder on strategic priorities and execution — this role sits close to the centre of how IBC operates
4) Own LinkedIn content and thought leadership execution — drafting, scheduling, and tracking what lands
5) Interface with delivery partners, clients, and the broader team as needed — you're not a back-office function
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment — consulting, startup, marketing, or anything where you had to figure things out without a playbook
- Genuinely curious about AI — you've used tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, or similar, and you've built something with them, even if small
- Engineering or business degree from a good institution — we care about how you think, not where you studied
- Business-aware enough to understand what IBC does, who we sell to, and why it matters — before automating anything, you understand the context
Interest or experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus — you don't need to be a marketer, but you should find it interesting
- Comfortable working independently, flagging blockers early, and owning outcomes not just tasks
Salary Range: 10-12L
