Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Strategy Executive who can contribute new ideas to improve business processes, solve operational challenges, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business strategy planning and execution
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency
- Bring new ideas and innovative solutions to solve business problems
- Conduct market research and identify new prospects/leads
- Assist in CDR(Coral Designing / presentation designing (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Production)
- Support and participate in CSR initiatives and activities
- Track strategic and process improvement projects
Key Skills Required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically and suggest process improvements
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic designing skills (CDR / PowerPoint / Canva)
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred Profile
- Science graduate (Chemistry preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to process improvement / business strategy / CSR activities
- Candidates from chemical industry preferred
