Strategic Consulting Cohort – Human Intelligence (H.I.)

What You’ll Work On
As part of the Strategic Consulting Cohort, you will be deeply involved in:

- Go-to-market roadmap design
- ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) identification
- Segment prioritization (Students, Early Founders, Professionals, Thinkers)
- Pricing & positioning hypotheses
2️⃣ Growth Framework Development
- Designing scalable acquisition loops
- Retention and engagement modeling
- Network-effect strategy
- Viral mechanics & behavioral incentives
- Cohort-based growth experimentation
3️⃣ Monetization Modeling
- Revenue simulation models
- Activity-weighted monetization logic
- Ad-based + subscription + ecosystem monetization blends
- Revenue distribution frameworks
- Break-even and scalability projections
4️⃣ Decision-Making Exposure
- Direct involvement in strategic decisions
- Framework-driven decision discussions
- Hypothesis testing & validation
- Real-time pivot evaluation
5️⃣ User Journey & UI/UX Influence
- Mapping complete user flows
- Friction point analysis
- Behavioral trigger design
- UI decision inputs from a strategy lens
- Feature prioritization influence
6️⃣ Research-to-Production Ownership
- Turning research into deployable strategy
- Bridging analysis to execution
- Working with product & tech teams
- Ownership over specific strategic modules
Who We’re Looking For
- Strategic thinkers (Consulting mindset preferred)
- Strong analytical and structured problem solvers
