Role Description
This is a hybrid internship position for a Strategy Consultant based in New Delhi, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home options. The role involves conducting organizational design analysis, financial modeling, and performance evaluations aligned with the firm's goals for profitability and innovation. The intern will contribute to consulting projects, perform strategic assessments, analyze organizational and operational structures, and support the development of Target Operating Models (TOM). Collaboration with cross-functional teams across global markets will be essential to provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate processes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a focus on strategic problem-solving and creating impactful deliverables.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Solid background or understanding of Finance concepts to support sound decision-making and solutions in a financial context.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience or coursework in Target Operating Models (TOM), organization design, and financial planning is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for fintech and innovation is highly valued.
