Role Descripti

n This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategy Consultant specializing in Private Equity and Carve-Outs, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement carve-out strategies for clients, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include advising on transaction execution, identifying opportunities for value creation, and ensuring the strategic alignment of client interests.
