🌍 Hiring: Associate & Lead – Strategy Consulting
We are partnering with a leading global strategy consulting firm to hire Associates and Leads within their Energy & Natural Resources practice support team.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work on global consulting engagements across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Renewables, Chemicals, and Mining.
🔍 Role Overview
In these roles, you will collaborate with international consulting teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic insights. You will contribute to live case work, client development, and proposal support, while building deep expertise across multiple industries.
- Associates will primarily drive analysis and support case execution
- Leads will take on greater ownership, managing workstreams and mentoring team members
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support global consulting teams on strategy and transformation engagements
- Conduct advanced research, data analysis, and financial/Excel modeling
- Create high-quality presentations with clear insights and recommendations
- Build understanding across multiple industry sectors
- Support client development and proposal work
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building
- Manage workstreams independently (Lead role may oversee small teams/projects)
- Apply structured thinking and sound business judgment in ambiguous situations
🎯 Candidate Profile
For Associate:
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting or research-oriented roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
For Lead:
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting or relevant domains
- Prior experience in leading workstreams or managing teams
For Both:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling) and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior exposure to industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Metals & Mining & Chemicals, etc. is a must
