Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strategy Consultant role based in Bhopal. The Strategy Consultant will conduct market, sectoral, and policy research, analyze investment and trade trends, and develop data-driven insights to support client decision-making. The role involves preparing strategy documents, presentations, and policy briefs for government and private-sector stakeholders, as well as contributing to the design and execution of investment promotion and economic development programs. The Strategy Consultant will engage with clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders, coordinate project deliverables, and support workshops, meetings, and consultations. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to structure problems, define solutions, track impact, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and problem-structuring abilities.
- Consulting and management consulting skills, with experience in strategy, project delivery, and client-facing work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation development, and stakeholder communication.
- Foundational understanding of finance, investment concepts, and economic or business models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in economic development, government advisory, investment promotion, or public-sector consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical or visualization tools; knowledge of data or policy research tools is an advantage.
