RNS is Hiring as we move towards ramping-up our presence and most importantly, Revenues.
We started in Dec 2025 with a vision to be the largest suppliers of Industrial Heavy Steel PAN India and we managed to achieve our 1st Crore by the end of FY25-26
While we strive to achieve at least 10x in the current Financial Year, we are looking for someone who will be an active contributor in our journey
What you'll actually do:
- Be part of the core team and work alongside Founders; eventually be a Decision-Maker
- Involve yourself with all aspects of running a Business and bring your ideas to the table
- Represent us in Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Events, etc & travel across the country w.r.t. Sales & Marketing activities
- Enhance our exisiting relationships with Leading Manufacturers & Vendors
- Build new relationships with prospective clients (we already possess a qualified database, lead generation is not your headache)
- Manage a team of Associates as we continue to hire - train, develop and take accountability for outputs
Who we're looking for:
- A presentable and confident individual, with a college degree, of course!
- Skilled in Partner/ Vendor Relationship Management and Cxo-level Stakeholder Coordination
- Good at Communication (be it any language) - you must be able to speak confidently
- Experience in the Heavy Steel Industry or Manufacturing Sector is a plus, overall 5+ years
- Must have an ownership mindset (we are kind of particular about this)
