Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in fundraising activities including preparation of investor decks, financial models, information memorandums, and coordination with investors.
- Support capital market transactions such as IPO and Offer for Sale (OFS), including coordination with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct industry research, regulatory analysis, and competitor benchmarking in the NBFC and financial services sector.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Assist in preparing board presentations, management reports, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide strategic insights to management.
- Support debt fundraising initiatives, including NCD issuances, bank borrowings, and other funding avenues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients and define roadmap for strategy projects.
