The Studio
We are a Strategy Studio for Startups. When founders make better choices, they don't just experiment with innovation but rather redefine markets and leave lasting impact. Our mission is to build strategic roadmaps for these early-stage startups through Pathfinder's proprietary frameworks.
The Role
As a Strategy Associate, you'll own client engagements end to end and actively bring new ones. In strategy the two are inseparable: the founders you'll build for are the founders you'll nurture from the start. You'll develop a deep understanding of Pathfinder's frameworks and apply them, turning research and analysis into high-fidelity strategic choices.
The work moves fast and rarely runs in a straight line. That's why we work from one space, six days a week: it's the simplest way to keep up with each other.
The Work
- Work across the full arc of a founder's journey, from point of contact to the choices that move them forward.
- Conduct research, consolidate evidence, build hypotheses from what you find, and test them until they forge a case.
- Build the deliverables that carry an argument, not just decks and models but the reasoning underneath them.
- Facilitate discussions, shape the narrative, and steer conversations toward clear decisions.
- Apply our strategic frameworks with confidence while consistently honing your skills.
The Craft set

The Fit
- 2-4 years in client-facing roles at startups, consulting, or incubators (quality of work matters more than pedigree).
- Comfortable owning conversations with founders and steering them to clear outcomes.
- Fluent with spreadsheets, slides, and the AI tools that now sit on top of them - using them to think harder, not just faster.
- Any undergraduate/postgraduate degree.
Good to have: can build and read financial models; exposure to India's early-stage ecosystem.
