About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and driven entry-level Strategy Associate who blends analytical thinking with a strong understanding of social media and digital trends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys decoding consumer behavior, spotting trends, and contributing to business and growth strategies with a social-first lens.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing business and growth strategies using market and competitor insights
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Support campaign planning by providing data-backed insights and creative inputs
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and trend mapping
- Work closely with marketing/social media teams to align strategy with execution
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning through digital and social channels
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategy decks for internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in strategy, marketing, and social media
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Familiarity with trends, reels, memes, and digital culture
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
