Core Job
Own the day-to-day social and strategic direction for a cluster of brands.
As a Strategist – Social & Brand, you will be responsible for helping brands stay culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and socially engaging. You will work closely with creative, media, account management, and community teams to ensure that content and campaigns are rooted in audience insight, platform behavior, and internet culture.
This is a hands-on strategy role for someone who understands that social media is not just posting content — it is about understanding people, conversations, trends, and business objectives together.
ResponsibilitiesSocial & Content Strategy
- Build and support social media strategies across assigned brands
- Identify platform-specific opportunities and content directions
- Ensure brand communication feels socially relevant and culturally aware
- Support monthly and campaign-level planning across accounts
Insight & Trend Mapping
- Track trends, conversations, memes, creator movements, and internet behavior
- Convert observations into:
- actionable insights
- content opportunities
- campaign directions
- Help teams understand why trends matter, not just what is trending
Campaign & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- creative teams
- paid media teams
- account management teams
to help shape stronger social-first campaigns.
- Assist in adapting larger campaign ideas into platform-native social executions
- Identify opportunities for conversation seeding and topical participation
Community & ORM Oversight
- Supervise ORM and response management for assigned accounts
- Ensure brand responses are timely, relevant, and aligned with tone of voice
- Flag risks, trends, and audience sentiment shifts proactively
Strategic Execution
- Support Community Managers and junior team members with:
- narrative direction
- insight identification
- content thinking
- Ensure strategic recommendations are actionable and execution-friendly
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- social media strategy
- digital marketing
- brand strategy
- content strategy
- Prior agency experience is strongly preferred
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- internet culture
- platform behavior
- audience psychology
- social media ecosystems
- Ability to:
- identify insights and trends
- think strategically
- communicate ideas clearly
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Understanding of:
