We are looking for a talented UX Strategist to join our team at Strategic Talent Partner. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering user experience strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver user experience strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points, define personas, and understand user behavior.
- Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and develop design strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a history of designing successful mobile and web products.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies, user research, and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible interfaces.
