Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at ProcUrPal. Based in Bengaluru, this role offers a combination of office work and remote flexibility. The specialist will manage supplier evaluation, sourcing processes, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities include developing strategic sourcing plans, collaborating with suppliers, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will play a pivotal role in driving supplier development and optimizing supply management outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development to ensure strong vendor relationships and quality assurance
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights for procurement strategies
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure cost-efficient, compliant, and effective supplier agreements
- Experience in Supply Management, including inventory optimization and procurement planning
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and advanced knowledge of compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Prior experience in an AI-powered procurement environment or SaaS platforms is a plus.
