Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist based in Hyderabad/ Chennai. Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, developing and managing supplier relationships, and optimizing supply management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making in sourcing and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Ability to foster and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in procurement tools and software is a plus
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
