Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist based in Ahmednagar. The role involves evaluating suppliers, developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, and assessing supplier performance. The candidate will also manage supply chains, negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, analyze procurement processes, and ensure effective supply management for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development to identify, assess, and cultivate strategic supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating purchasing trends, suppliers’ performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Experienced in Contract Negotiation with a proven ability to secure advantageous agreements and manage contract terms effectively.
- Expertise in Supply Management with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical or automation products is an advantage.
- Responsible for develomenet of new product
- Familiraty with commodity like Stamping, Fabrication, Machining, Moulding, Electromechanical Assyembly, Hardware , Packaging etc
