🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Lead – Strategic Sourcing to drive sourcing strategies for key Power Electronics components. This role requires strong commercial acumen along with deep technical expertise in electronics manufacturing.
⚙️ Key Expertise Required
- PCB Manufacturing & Box Build
- Active & Passive Electronic Components
- Battery, BMS, Motor & Motor Controller
- Instrument Cluster
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on market intelligence
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction
- Build should-cost models for accurate benchmarking
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate & onboard global/local suppliers
- Lead RFQ/RFI processes and cost negotiations
- Conduct supplier audits (IATF 16949, PPAP readiness)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D and Design teams for technical alignment
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Contract & Risk Management
- Manage contracts (MSA, NDA, tooling agreements)
- Mitigate supply chain risks and implement dual sourcing strategies
- Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Operations
- Oversee supplier onboarding (APQP, PPAP)
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely execution
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in electronics sourcing & supply chain
- Expertise in costing, negotiations & supplier development
- Hands-on experience with automotive/industrial standards
- Ability to manage high-value, complex commodities
