Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing Manager based in Hindupur. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, procuring materials, and developing supplier capabilities. The role requires ensuring a reliable supply chain that adheres to quality, cost, and sustainability standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain supplier compliance will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management to assess, select, and maintain supplier relationships
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and manage cost efficiency
- Proficiency in Supplier Development to enhance supplier performance and develop long-term partnerships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive cost optimization and supply chain efficiencies
- Relevant experience in the recycling, battery materials, or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
