ew:We are seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing with strong experience to lead procurement, supply chain, and sourcing initiatives across a growing regional portfolio. The successful candidate will develop and implement market-focused sourcing strategies to deliver measurable financial and operational value, while ensuring full compliance with organizational procurement policies and process
es.This role requires a hands-on, strategic professional with deep knowledge of the South Asia market, expertise in sourcing, logistics, and vendor management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholde
rs.
Key Responsibili
- ties:Drive the transformation of the Strategic Sourcing function, with a focus on cost optimization, sustainability, and innova
- tion.Define and implement market-focused sourcing strategies across a broad range of goods and serv
- ices.Analyze controllable spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, synergies, and leve
- rage.Lead vendor selection, contracting, and performance management in line with procurement poli
- cies.Develop, track, and improve vendor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and innova
- tion.Manage OS&E, FF&E, and CAPEX procurement, proactively resolving vendor and supply challe
- nges.Oversee e-procurement and electronic tendering activities, including RFIs, RFPs, contracting, and appro
- vals.Support pre-opening projects and ensure strategic vendor utilization across new proper
- ties.Build strong partnerships with business leaders to enhance value, quality, and service deli
- very.Develop deep supply base knowledge, build alliances with key vendors, and ensure compliance with policies and stand
- ards.Support global procurement platform rollouts and adoption of procurement technolo
- gies.Prepare and present procurement performance reports, metrics, and insights to stakehol
ders.

Minimum Quali
- fications:Hospitality industry experience is good to have but not
- essentialBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a rela
- ted field.Professional certification in Supply Chain Management preferred (or willingness t
- o obtain).Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management at a senior/strate
- gic level.Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract manageme
- nt skills.Advanced MS Excel proficiency and ability to manage large
- datasets.Strong understanding of business and con
- tract law.Excellent written and verbal communication skills i
- n English.Experience with Lean Six Sigma
- is a plus.Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring cap
