Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirect Categories | Hyderabad | Job ID 404070
We are hiring an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirect Categories to lead category strategy, drive cost optimization, and strengthen supplier partnerships across key indirect spend areas.
This is a high-impact role for professionals with strong expertise in category management, RFx execution, and commercial negotiations within global environments.

Shift: Rotational and Flexible (US shift alignment required)
Experience Required
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Indirect Strategic Sourcing / Category Management
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute 1 to 5 year category strategies across IT, Marketing, Facilities, Travel, and Professional Services
Perform end to end spend analysis to identify cost savings and consolidation opportunities
Lead complete RFx lifecycle including requirement definition, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and award
Build strong business cases with total cost of ownership and risk analysis
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, innovation, and cost efficiency
Negotiate complex contracts including SLAs, KPIs, pricing, and payment terms
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Facilities
Must Have Skills
Strong experience in indirect sourcing and category strategy
Proven track record of leading complex RFx events and negotiations
Stakeholder management with senior business leaders
Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement tools
Strong financial acumen and business case development
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or ISM are a plus
