Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sales Specialist based in Pune Division. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying sales opportunities, creating and executing sales strategies, coordinating sales operations, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires fostering key partnerships, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations skills to drive revenue growth and manage strategic business objectives.
- Proficiency in Communication and Account Management to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Highly organized with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales is preferred.
