Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Sales Specialist located in Greater Noida. The Strategic Sales Specialist will drive sales efforts, manage client accounts, and develop key strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Account Management and relationship building
- Experience in Sales, including developing growth strategies and executing sales plans
- Skills in Sales Management and the ability to lead and motivate teams to meet revenue targets
- Understanding of Sales Operations, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or BESS industry is advantageous
