Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Proven skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Track record of success in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience working with Channel Partners to expand the company’s market reach and establish beneficial collaborations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of Reallist to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
