We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who can confidently manage consultative B2B sales conversations, engage with international clients, and convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
About the Role
As a Strategic Sales Executive at Navaan, you will be responsible for converting qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying clients by leading structured, consultative sales conversations. You will work closely with founders, marketing heads, and senior decision-makers across global markets to understand their growth goals and position Navaan’s marketing and PR solutions as high-impact, ROI-driven investments.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong communication skills with strategic thinking, basic financial understanding, and experience selling services in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads generated by outreach and marketing teams and convert them into long-term clients
- Conduct discovery and consultative sales calls to understand client objectives, challenges, and budgets
- Present customized marketing and PR solutions aligned with client goals and market dynamics
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-conversion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages using CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets while maintaining ethical, relationship-driven sales practices
- Stay updated on global marketing trends and Navaan’s evolving service offerings
What You’ll Need
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
- Prior experience selling services (marketing, branding, consulting, creative, SaaS, or tech preferred)
- Working knowledge of sales fundamentals, budgeting, ROI, and value-based selling
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage international clients
- Experience interacting with founders, CXOs, or senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across global time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC)
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to international or cross-border sales
- Experience in marketing, PR, advertising, or consulting environments
- Comfort discussing outcomes, performance metrics, and investment justification
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
