Strategic Research Analyst (Remote)
Global Websoft
Global Websoft is a growing technology company working on digital projects and internet-based assets. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Strategic Research Analyst who will help us identify companies globally and initiate professional outreach to senior decision-makers.
This role combines market research, AI-assisted analysis, and executive communication.
It is a fully remote position suited for someone who enjoys researching companies, understanding industries, and communicating professionally with founders and executives.
Key Responsibilities
• Research companies, industries, and founders globally
• Identify organizations that may have strategic interest in digital assets and technology initiatives
• Use AI tools to assist with research and draft outreach communications
• Write and send concise professional emails to founders, CEOs, and senior executives
• Manage follow-ups and track responses
• Maintain outreach records and simple CRM tracking
Typical daily activity includes researching companies and sending 100–250 targeted outreach emails.
Requirements
• Excellent written English
• Strong internet research ability
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools
• Ability to write clear and professional emails
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent output

Compensation
