B2B Strategic Relations Manager
Job Description We are looking for a confident, professional, and communication-oriented B2B Strategic Relations Manager to lead institutional and corporate outreach, partnership coordination, and collaboration development with colleges, organizations, and companies.
The candidate will represent the company during meetings, manage professional communications, coordinate collaboration processes, and support the expansion of the company’s strategic network across academic and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional cold calls and strategic outreach to colleges, organizations, and companies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with management teams, placement cells, HR departments, and institutional representatives.
Present and pitch the company’s vision, platform, services, and collaboration opportunities professionally.
Manage partnership discussions, follow-ups, collaboration documentation, and relationship coordination.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with institutions, organizations, and corporate partners.
Coordinate paperwork, onboarding processes, and collaboration formalities.
Travel for official meetings, institutional visits, partnership discussions, and business activities when required.
Maintain professional reports and records related to outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.
Work Requirements
Must be comfortable with travelling for meetings and official visits.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional attitude with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to independently represent the company during meetings and business discussions.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
Initial Training / Probation Period (First 2 Months): ₹20,000 per month
All official travel and work-related expenses will be covered by the company.
Post-Probation Compensation: ₹12 LPA
Additional 10% salary hike applicable over the following 6 months based on performance and organizational growth.
