Role Overview: Healthify is building India's leading AI-powered GLP-1 and obesity management platform. We are looking for a leader to drive and scale our pharma partnerships and patient support ecosystem, working closely with pharmaceutical companies to design, launch, and optimize innovative patient engagement programs. This individual will own commercial relationships, partnership operations, and cross-functional execution across Product, Clinical, Growth, and Operations teams to accelerate adoption, adherence, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies in obesity, diabetes, and metabolic health.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and alliance management with pharma partners.
- Design, launch, and manage Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and adherence initiatives for GLP-1 therapies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharma stakeholders, ensuring successful program delivery and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Build operating mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and governance processes for partnership programs.
- Work closely with Product and Clinical teams to integrate digital therapeutics, coaching, and patient engagement solutions into therapy journeys.
- Monitor program performance, patient outcomes, and partner KPIs, driving continuous optimization and growth.
- Identify new partnership opportunities across obesity management, chronic care, diagnostics, providers, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Growth, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, digital health, business development, partnerships, or related sectors.
- Experience advising or driving growth initiatives in healthcare, life sciences, consumer health, or technology-enabled businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships, leading negotiations, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate strategic opportunities into scalable business outcomes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical ecosystem, patient support programs, obesity management, diabetes care, or broader chronic disease management is preferred.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a leading institution preferred.
- Excellent executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
