We are looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented Associate Program Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thinking strategically, and driving projects from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between data, technology, and business strategy, ensuring our platforms run efficiently while translating insights into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-End Project Ownership
Drive projects from initial concept and requirement gathering through launch and post-launch optimization.
🔹 Strategic Planning
Develop project road-maps, define milestones, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
🔹 Platform Management
Oversee and optimize internal platforms to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
🔹 Data-Driven Insights
Analyze datasets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
🔹 Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and deliver clear presentations to leadership, translating technical insights into business strategies.
Skills & Requirements
• Python / R – Intermediate level (scripting and data analysis)
• Excel / Google Sheets – Advanced expertise in modeling and analysis
• Project Planning & Management – Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Presentation & Communication – Ability to clearly present insights to stakeholders
