Strategic Partnerships Lead – India|📍 Mumbai | 10+ Years Experience
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and scale strategic alliances across the fintech, HR tech, payments and B2B SaaS ecosystem in India.
In this role, you will work closely with the India leadership team to identify high-impact partnerships, drive indirect revenue growth, and create scalable go-to-market opportunities through ecosystem collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across HRMS, fintech, payments and engagement platforms
- Drive alliance strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Build strong relationships with ecosystem partners and key stakeholders
- Lead joint GTM initiatives, partner enablement and sales collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Technology teams
- Track partnership performance, KPIs and revenue impact
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development or channel sales
- Strong network within India’s fintech and/or HR tech ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, rewards, or payments industry preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
📌 Travel across client locations and India offices will be required.
