Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Lead | Luxury Weddings

We are looking for someone who understands how premium business is built — not through volume, but through relationships, positioning, and trust.
What this role is about
Driving revenue through:
- Wedding planners
- Luxury venues
- Industry collaborations
- High-value client networks
This is not a marketing role.
This is a revenue role through relationships.
What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with top wedding planners, venues, and collaborators
- Generate high-quality leads (₹3L–₹10L+ budget range)
- Represent the brand in meetings, industry events, and partnerships
- Create collaboration opportunities that position us as a preferred luxury partner
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue with clarity
Who you are
- From wedding planning / luxury hospitality / premium events / couture / high-end retail
- Comfortable with high-value conversations and clients
- Strong with numbers, tracking, and accountability
- Has an existing network or the ability to build one fast
- Understands premium positioning — no discount mindset

Compensation
