Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Strategic Partnerships Manager. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, negotiating agreements, managing collaborations, and analyzing the performance of partnerships. This role will also involve conducting market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and working cross-functionally with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic relations
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Knowledge of the logistics or eCommerce industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Enthusiasm for networking and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
