Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Associate.
The role focuses on driving CyberDiplomat’s growth through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives across India and international markets.
You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with academic institutions, government bodies, industry partners, and global organizations, while supporting the development and execution of growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing strategic partnerships across academia, government, and industry
- Driving outreach and engagement through structured communication strategies
- Supporting business development efforts including proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring long-term engagement
- Contributing to sales and growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Qualifications Core Requirements
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management
- Strong analytical skills to assess markets, trends, and growth opportunities
- Proven ability in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes
Preferred
- Prior exposure to cybersecurity, technology, or policy-driven environments
- Experience working with academic institutions, government stakeholders, or global organizations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
