Lead – Strategic Partnerships (Fintech/NBFC)
Role Overview A high-impact business development role focused on building and scaling a Credit-First Marketplace by forging deep partnerships with NBFCs, banks, and fintechs. You will own the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and onboarding to scaling disbursals and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard lending and credit ecosystem partners; drive end-to-end closures from first conversation to go-live
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, credit products, and lending policies
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams for API integrations and operational readiness
- Own loan disbursal volumes, conversion rates, and portfolio quality metrics
- Track RBI regulations, fintech trends, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years in strategic partnerships, BD, or key account management in fintech, NBFCs, banks, or BFSI
- Strong understanding of lending models, FLDG structures, digital credit underwriting, and RBI regulatory frameworks
- Sharp negotiation, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus: Experience with credit marketplaces, embedded finance, API-based lending integrations, or an existing NBFC/lender network.
