Role Overview:
We are looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Associate to support the growth of Arnifi’s partner ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners who can consistently generate business opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with key partners, including:
- Business consultants
- Law firms
- CA / Tax firms
- Wealth managers & family offices
- Startup CFO firms
- Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Onboard new partners and drive them toward active client referrals
- Track and manage deals across the funnel (introduction → call → closure)
- Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to scale global partnerships
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Execution-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Experience : 2-3 years
Date Of Joining : Immediate joiner preferred / 6-7 days
Salary Offered : 30k - 35k ( Based on experience and last in-hand )
Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru (On-site)
