Role Description -
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as a strategic partnerships associate. The role involves managing and nurturing key business relationships, identifying and establishing new strategic partnerships, and creating long-term value for the company and its partners. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing partnership strategies, managing partner accounts, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project implementation with external entities. The role also requires effective communication and analytics to align partnerships with business objectives and support organizational growth.
Qualifications -
- Expertise in Business Relationship Management, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and measure success
- Exceptional Communication skills to build trust, negotiate agreements, and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience in managing complex partnerships and fostering collaboration
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and ensure the successful execution of partnership objectives
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- Familiarity with UAE and global business regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools or equivalent technologies is advantageous
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- at least 1 year of experience in similar domain
